EcoDeckBuilder provides affordable residential and commercial wood fence building options and offers two categorizes of wood fence designs, regular post (4×4) and large post (6×6) fences. All fence posts are set a minimum of 36 inches deep and set in place with concrete. Wood fences can be built out of pressure treated or cedar lumber. Wood 4 x 4 Post: Shadow Box with Lattice

The shadow box fence is one of the most common styles we replace for our customers. Total Height 6′. Option of three types of lattice: privacy, privacy plus and square. Board spacing is a standard 3.5″ but can optionally be changed to 2″ for added privacy.
Gates to match: Arched or Rectangular with lattice.

Wood 4 x 4 Post: Privacy + with “I” Top

The Ulrick “I” top fence is a popular alternative to the shadow box fence. This fence offers complete privacy as the boards are nailed directly onto each other. The “I” beam top is of two 2 x 4’s and one 2 x 6. Total height 6′ 6″.

Wood 4 x 4 Post: Shadow Box with Flat Top

Similar to the Shadow box but a full 6 ft of fence boards. Capped with a flat 2 x 4.

Wood 6 x 6 Post: Privacy + with Flat Top

Upgraded to the 6 x 6 posts to add strength and rigidity to your fence.

Wood 6 x 6 Post: Privacy + with “I” Top

This is our most common fence installed in new subdivision homes. Ample privacy and can be customized to add character. Rails can be modified to include a curve.

Wood 6 x 6 Post: Shadow Box Plus with Lattice

An upgrade from our popular shadowbox fence. Includes larger 6 x 6 posts, as well as additional 2 x 6 detail around the lattice.

A fence is not complete without a gate

Single and double gates are available to match each fence design. Choose from a curved arch top, or rectangular shaped gate. All gates include a handle, oversized hinges, and latch mechanism. Also be sure to ask about gate upgrades such as iron inserts, iron gates and custom designs.
